Terms & Conditions – Vietnam Motor Tours

At Vietnam Motor Tours, we value transparency and fairness. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your motorbike tour with us. These policies ensure a smooth booking process and a clear understanding between you (the traveler) and us (the tour operator).

1. Booking & Reservation Process

  • To book a tour, first contact us to check availability.

  • Once your tour details are confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation by email.

  • Your booking is considered secured once the deposit payment is received.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted deposit methods: Cash, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

  • The remaining balance is due:

    • In cash (VND) at the start of the trip, OR

    • In advance via bank transfer if you prefer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are:

  • More than 7 days before tour start:

    • Your 20% deposit is fully refundable.

  • Less than 7 days before tour start:

    • The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

4. Responsibilities & Support

  • We guarantee to provide all services listed in your tour package (motorbike, helmet, guide, accommodation, entrance fees, etc.).

  • Our team is committed to offering support throughout the trip to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

  • Riders are expected to have basic riding skills and follow local traffic laws.

⚠️ Note: Vietnam Motor Tours cannot be held responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss due to traveler negligence or unforeseeable events.

5. Complaints & Feedback

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns during or after your tour:

  • Please contact your tour guide immediately, so we can resolve issues on the spot.

  • You may also email us at huynhtanlamnt@yahoo.com with complaints or feedback.

  • We aim to respond promptly and fairly to every case.
