1. Booking First we will check the availability. We will send you an email to confirm your planned trip.
2. Deposit & Payment We ask for 20% deposit of the total amount by bank transfer or paypall. The remaining amount is paid at the start of our trip in cash or earlier by bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and refunds It is possible to cancel your trip by mail or phone. In the event of cancellation one week or less before the start of the trip the 20% cannot be refunded. If you cancel your trip at least more than one week in advance you will receive your 20% deposit back.
4. Our Responsibilities We will be responsible for providing you everything that is included in the tour and gives you support during our trip.
5. Complaints / Remarks You can send your complaints and remarks to us via email. We will do our best to find a suitable solution. Any other comment or points of improvement let us know. We are always trying to improve our trips.
